The Rocket Boosters is a group of parents, grandparents, friends, and even teachers and staff members. You are a part of this group!

The Rocket Boosters exists to support activities for our students and the school, in academics, sports, and fun.

We meet the second Thursday of each month, for no more than 1 ½ hours.
We need you!

What do Rocket Boosters Volunteers Do?

We have organized and/or supported the following activities:
Book fairs, school picture day, graduation dance, Grandparent’s Day, parent/teacher conferences, teacher appreciation lunches, Howdy Night dinner, ice cream socials, taco dinner, school carnival (in the even numbered years), designed spirit wear, Holiday Food Drive, the student council Holiday Walk, vision and hearing, shop with a cop, collected box tops and other labels for education.

We have been able to support the school and teachers by:
Purchasing items off teacher wish lists, providing dvd players in the library, new encyclopedia sets for every grade level, learning equipment for special needs classrooms, given assistance to the Junior Achievement workshop in 5th grade, new picnic tables for the Junior High, safety patrol equipment, playground equipment, new uniforms for basketball, cheerleading, and track, teacher gift cards, helped fund the junior high trip to Disney and also local field trips, and provided prizes to top sellers in the fundraiser.

All of these activities and purchases have been made possible through the work and support of parents, family, friends, and school staff. None of this is possible without YOU. Thank you. We hope you will continue to support our students and find ways to be involved in the future.
